FAQs
1. I can't connect to the internet, can you help?
Info Link IT is a website hosting company, not an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Connection to the internet is controlled by your ISP so you will need to call them to restore your internet access. If you can connect to the internet, but cannot view your web site, see #4.
2. I can't send email, can you help?
If you can receive emails but cannot send them, your outgoing mail server setting is the problem. The outgoing mail server should be set as per your ISP's instructions. We suggest you call your ISP to gain this information. For further email instructions please see #5
If you are a Telstra Bigpond broadband user, your outgoing mail server will be mail-hub.bigpond.net.au or mail.bigpond.com
