InfoLink IT are now in the process of designing and developing a new website for our web promotion website www.websitepromotion.net.au Paul the director of InfoLink IT has been working on reviewing why the site gets major amounts of search traffic because it ranks so well for the search terms web promotion and website promotion, however the conversion lacks somewhat.

The interesting thing with the web business, people are under the opinion if they build it the business will come, how wrong that is. In the past we have made colour changes to websites and the conversion rate has picked it almost instantly.

Where we have gone wrong with the website promotion the design was originally carried out by one of our less experienced web development contractors. We no longer use any outside website development companies because we find it hard to control the outcome and the level of professional coding needed to make a website work.

We know that the new Website Promotion website will still continue to position in the top 10 of all the major search engines and will also have a higher conversion and enquiry rate, the superhero theme has been okay and has served InfoLink IT as a good lead generation website, however we know that the new designed, optimised website promotion website will work so much better.
